Second Training from 2023!

During 2023, we have conducted two training sessions for our facilitators. These moments are very significant for us as they allow us to engage with all members of our educational community and learn from them!

One of the main objectives of these training sessions is to update the teaching methods of our facilitators. We offer workshops, talks, and demonstrations so that these young individuals can impart all that knowledge and experience to the children in our organization. This ensures that our children receive quality preschool education. After all, educational methods have been evolving significantly in recent years, especially in preschool education. This is because it is vital for children to develop their fine and gross motor skills during this stage, and at Aula Mágica, we are dedicated to this cause!

Our training sessions are also essential for encouraging our facilitators to embrace their leadership and creativity qualities! As many may know, they are young people who educate the children in their own communities, which amplifies their role as agents for local development and social change. This is why we are highly motivated to get closer to them, listen to them, and provide them with the necessary tools to do a magnificent job within their classrooms. Undoubtedly, they are also agents of change.
